We want you to be happy with what you bought. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.
30-day returns
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. To be accepted, the item needs to be in its original condition, with all parts and accessories, in its original packaging.
How to start a return
Email us at info@oniflame.com with your order number and a short note about why you are returning the item. If it arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, include a photo. We will reply with the return address and instructions.
Please do not send anything back before you hear from us. Returns sent without instructions cannot be tracked to your order.
Who pays return shipping
If the item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, we cover return shipping and there is nothing for you to pay.
For any other reason, such as changing your mind, you cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend a tracked service, because we can only refund items that reach us.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and we have checked it, we will email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. How quickly it appears depends on your bank or card issuer.
Original shipping costs are not refunded. Since we ship free within the United States, this only applies if you paid for an upgraded service.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Email info@oniflame.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or refund you in full, including any return shipping, whichever you prefer.
Cancelling an order
If your order has not shipped yet, email us and we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once it is on its way, treat it as a return using the steps above.
What we cannot accept
We cannot accept returns on items that are damaged through misuse, missing parts or original packaging, or requested more than 30 days after delivery.
